What happened with: The Customer is King! The customer is always right!
Why are today’s businesses outsourcing their Customer Services to companies that are clueless about the company’s culture and values or relocate their Customer Services where it isn’t their mother-tongue, despite having good language skills?
We all know the answer: cost cost cost cost… But let’s face it, this is no long-term solution. Every enlightened newly appointed CEO, COO, C-ETC that takes this kind of decision is not really improving the business. He/she is simply cutting cost where other companies have done it and not really addressing the issue.
